I don’t remember the exact date of when I first played it but I believe it was somewhere from the 27th of June ( at the earliest) to the 20th of July ( at the latest). I turned 9 years old just 12 days before the first beta for CS was released on the 19th of June, 1999 ( beta 1.0). Today, I still find myself very much fascinated with Counter-Strike’s past and evolution, most likely because of the nostalgic value: it really brings me back.
I have so many memories of playing this game from so many different points in my life.
